After working as freelance consultants on various RE projects for a few years, AGD Solar Trading Ltd. was founded in 2004.
Leaving behind the Ministry of Environment of South Cyprus, AGD Solar won the first Energy Globe for Cyprus for “The first zero energy house in Cyprus”, international companies showed great interest in AGD Solar Trading Ltd
This resulted in different partnerships, projects with GTZ of Germany in Spain on big scale solar thermal applications and consultancy for government and state officials in energy issues.

Most of our competitors are dependant on Turkish distributors or manufacturers and they do rely on their (also limited) knowledge.
AGD Solar is the only company who has approved direct distributorships for North Cyprus. Nobody grants you that if you can not prove your own knowledge.
